 The brand Solear was created in 1938 and it is today still one of the biggest selling brands of Manzanilla in Spain. Taking advantage of Sanlucar's proximity to the ocean and the prevailing western winds ('Poniente') this is a very fresh, clean and intense Manzanilla, perfect to be drunk chilled on a hot day, or paired with anything fried, like tapas and seafood. A delicious aperitif.
