From the Cuenca region in Castilla La Mancha (Ribera de Jucar) originates the 2018 'El Reflejo de Mikaela,' a new and very interesting wine.
'El Reflejo de Mikaela' is primarily composed of #Bobal, a local and popularly planted variety in Spain. #Pardilla, #rojal, and #moravia make up the rest of the blend, giving additional character and complexity to the wine.
This 'pueblo' wine (town or village wine in #spanish) is fermented and aged in large old oak, concrete, and stoneware vessels. It is full of personality, bright, and voluminous with luscious tannins.
