100% Chardonnay ("Blanc des Blancs") from Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Chouilly. Blocked malolactic fermentation, the wines are vilified in stainless steel and barrels, 70% vintage wines and 30% reserve wines. Ageing in the cellar for about 4 years, the dosage is less than 3 gr./l.

About the producer:
Champagne Pertois-Moriset, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Grand Cru). The estate, a Récoltant-Manipulant ('grower'), is a family run business from the famous village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, founded in 1951. Their first bottles are from 1959 and the various family members have consistently owned and operated the estate, currently by Vincent and his wife, Cecile Bauchet. they work exclusively with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 35 hectares from four terroirs, about half in the Côte des Blanc region. they offer well-priced wines that are made with care and represent the very best Champagne has to offer.
