Two bottles each of Lelarge Pugeot Brut Tradition, Extra Brut Rosé and Pertois-Moriset Les Quatre Terroirs Grand Cru.

Champagne Lelarge Pugeot NV Brut Traction:

65% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. 25-year-old vines, 6 months in tank and 3-4 years of ageing on lees in the bottle. Disgorged April 2018. Dosage 5g/l.

Champagne Lelarge Pugeot Extra Brut Rosé:

100% Pinot Noir, 30-year old vines. 7% Coteaux Champenois is added to the wine, after which it spends 3 years on lees in the bottle. A deliciously fruity and harmonious Rosé, perfect as an aperitif or with many foods. 

Champagne Pertois-Moriset NV Les Quatre Terroirs Grand Cru:

100% Chardonnay ("Blanc des Blancs") from Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Chouilly. Blocked malolactic fermentation, the wines are vilified in stainless steel and barrels, 70% vintage wines and 30% reserve wines. Ageing in the cellar for about 4 years, the dosage is less than 3 gr./l.
