Fermented with 50% whole clusters, it’s stemmy and sappy with clove and pepper notes and an understated, chalky finish. 2024-29”
About the producer
Carlos Sánchez’ first Rioja project started in 2015, together with two friends Javier García (4Monos, Madrid, and former winemaker at Jimenez-Landi) and Nacho Jiménez (La Tintorería wine shop in Madrid). This small project produces wine with the fresh, crisp fruit flavours that can be achieved by harvesting the grapes relatively early.
